Are you a college-age student or a High School Senior ready to invest in people's lives through a Christian Summer Camp? Summer Staff grow in their faith, live in an intentional community, and make a difference in the lives of others. Summer Camp seeks to equip campers to strengthen their faith, broaden their friendships, and live a life centered in Christ. You can transform lives!
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE CAMPERS
Summer Camps are all about creating a Christian environment where authentic relationships are formed. Staff guide our campers to experience unique adventures, intentional community, and life in Christ. Campers come from all over Texas and neighboring states and range from Elementary to High School in age. Being a Summer Staffer is hard work, but has an incredible impact.
FIND YOUR FIT
Counselors lead, look out for, and love on a cabin of campers each week. Counselors must be 18+. Leads must be at least 2-3+ years into college depending on the position and experience level. Click on a position for a job description.

Lead Staff • May 18-July 22, 2026
Counselors • May 25-July 22, 2026
SALARY
Make between $2,300 and $2,700 this summer.
Work for eight to nine weeks + additional opportunities after the summer with hosting and recreation.
TIME OFF
You will get 48 hours-off every weekend.
MEALS AND HOUSING
All cabins are air conditioned and all food is delicious
