The estimator will walk you through different options and provide a preliminary estimate. Our Retreat Coordinator will contact you with availability, options, and further refine your estimate.
Our Booking Process
Step 1: Get an Estimate
Use our easy Retreat Estimator to get preliminary pricing for your retreat.
Step 2: We’ll Check Availability
Our Retreat Coordinator will see your Retreat Estimator results. We will reach out to you with availability, options, and revise your quote if necessary.
Step 3: Sign a Contract and Pay Deposit
25% Deposit for groups up to 150 people
50% Deposit for groups over 150 people, all summer dates (June 1 to Aug 15), or Labor Day weekend
Step 4: Gather Your People and Create an Itinerary
