Executive Director Search
The Glen Lake Board of Directors has formed a search committee and is in the process of identifying the next executive director to lead the organization as we moving forward to a new spring in our mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The GLC board, Bishop Lowry and the Cabinet request and welcome prayers for the camp, the search committee and Natalie Davidson during this time of transition.

Glen Lake Camp & Retreat Center on the beautiful Paluxy River in Glen Rose, Texas is seeking an Executive Director and is ready for your passion, experience, and vision to connect people and God. Annually over 16,000 people are welcomed to summer camp and retreats forming authentic relationships. Through the pandemic, the staff has reached out to new campers, families and groups and are currently welcoming many new guests. The staff team strives to love deeply, host graciously, and serve intentionally. The successful candidate will have a life calling to build relationships broadly and deeply, sharing the story of how a place away such as Glen Lake can impact lives and communities. This leader will welcome, inspire, and lift up campers, families, and staff while overseeing the $1.5M ministry operation. Building off a strategic and master plan completed in late 2019, the ministry is poised to continue growth. The history is powerful, the current ministry is strong, the potential is greater!
